Easy Beef Burgandy

Ingredients Directions
  • 3 lbs stew meat - DO NOT BROWN
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • ½ can red wine
  • ½ can water
  • salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or 250 degrees for 5 hours. Add onions and celery if you wish. Add sliced mushrooms ½ hour before serving for company!
